Agrabah Market Falafel
- 2 15 oz cans Chickpeas, drained
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tsp Tahini (opt)
- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Smoked paprika
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Put ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined. Texture is up to you. For a smoother falafel, blend longer.
Scoop on to a lined cookie sheet in 1/4 cup piles, then flatten slightly to an even thickness.
Spray with cooking spray and bake for 25 min.
Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes, then enjoy!
