Gluten Free Oreo Fluff

If you want a quick, cold, light dessert that’s delicious, this is it. Seriously. Its 4 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to make. What’s not to love?
You’re going to need a large mixing bowl, a mixer, a spatula, and your ingredients. And possibly a rolling pin or something heavy to crush your oreos. First thing – pour your pudding mix into the bowl, add 1 and a half cups of cold milk – it does have to be COLD – and then use your mixer to mix it for 2-3 minutes. It will get thick and look like, well, pudding. Once it does that, stop and crush your oreos. You could blitz them in a food processor, but that’s something else to wash and who wants that? I just dropped 6-7 oreos in a baggie and used a meat mallet to whack the heck out of them. Which is kind of fun anyway.
The key to making this gluten free is using gluten free oreos and pudding mix. And let’s just have a moment of silence to admire those gluten free oreos, shall we? Seriously, they are one of the few things that still tastes the same while gluten free, and I love them. A lot.
Dump your oreo crumbs into the pudding and stir them in. Then take your whipped cream or cool whip and fold it into the pudding. You want it completely mixed in, but be gentle. The name is fluff – you don’t want to lose all that air.
Once its all combined, you’re done! I break the rest of the oreos into big pieces with my hands and sprinkle them over the top. You can save them until you’re serving them if you want them to stay crunchy – they will soften as it sits in the fridge, but I actually like that.

Now, go and make this and try not to eat the whole bowl. (But if you do, I won’t tell.)
- 15 gluten free oreo cookies
- 8 oz whipped cream or cool whip
- 3.4 oz vanilla pudding box mix
- 1.5 cups cold milk
-
Put your vanilla pudding into a mixing bowl. Add 1.5 cups of cold milk, and then use a hand mixer and mix for 2-3 minutes until the pudding thickens.
-
Take 6-7 oreos and crush them in a baggie. Pour into the pudding and stir in.
-
Fold the whipped cream or cool whip into your pudding mixture.
-
Scoop into a serving dish and top with remaining oreos, broken into large chunks.
-
This can be eaten right away, or put in the fridge and held until you need it. Either way, its delicious!
