Cordon Bleu Casserole

I made this as a way to use up some leftover ham, and I think we’ll be using it for a long time! Its super easy, especially with leftover ham and canned chicken. You could also easily use deli ham and just tear or cut into chunks for this.

The first thing you need to do is make your pasta as you normally would. Drain it, then put it in a large bowl. While you’re doing this, preheat your oven to 350.
I put the cream cheese, milk, mustard, and seasonings into a saucepan on medium heat and stirred until everything was melted together. I then stirred in the shredded cheese.
Open the chicken and drain, then put into the bowl with the pasta and break up the chunks a bit. Add your ham. I stirred this around a bit to mix things together, then poured on my sauce mixture. Mix everything together well, then pour into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. I used a deep one that was about 9″ round, but you can easily use a 9×13 pan.
Put your panko in a bowl, drizzle with the olive oil, and add a little more season salt and onion powder if you want. Mix it up until you’ve gotten the oil well incorporated, then sprinkle over the mixture. Feel free to double the amounts for this if you want extra crunch. (I love the crunchy part, myself.)
Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and enjoy!
